Please recommend me some helpful exercises for Desert rally dirt riding. I participated here in my country Rallies. In my last Rally i take 2nd position in my wr250f its #Cholistan_jeep_Rally 2022 But i feel i tired in race like arm pumping and all other little problems

Things have changed...I do not mean to belittle the organizers or participants of the recent Elsinore GPs.....but.... The only Elsinore gp I ever attended was in about 1972. It was more than a motorcycle race, it was a cultural happening. There was no separate races, only like about a 3 hour race (as I remember it) with a mass start...imagine some 500 motorcycles +-, all going off in rows through the streets of old Elsinore...there were crowds jam packed on the streets...behind hay bales with the racers in full lock sides around the corners, sometimes wiping out in the corners. Everyone in the motorcycle world who was anyone was there...steve mcqueen raced. There were girls there with bib overalls on and nothing on underneath. I bought a t shirt that said VIVA MONTESSA on it. Quite a spectacle for a 16 year old boy. There were exotic motorcycles there like CZ, Maico, Husqvarna, AJS, harley davidson flattrackers. Those days are long gone, I wish I could go back but it's not possible. I applaud the current promoters for trying to keep the legend alive. Elsinore is more than just a race, it was a place in time...

Would you prefer the Yz250x instead of the yz250 for motocross?? The fact that the X has more traction and more bottom power it sounds to me better and more suitable for mx than the standard yz 250. Atleast for the most of us. Amazing riding by the way.👍

Sand is so counterintuitive. Fast=more stable, but then you hit weird rocks with speed which can be sketchy! Robby you da man!

Yeah absolutely flying, I raced those SRA for few years straight and that dirt is so sketchy.......the diamond square edges are like no other track I've ridden........guess when you go that fast you hit fewer bumps, lol

Man you have perfected the “the noodle factor” as I come to call it. Which is go limp when you crash so you reduce the chance of breaking something in half. That was some amazing close racing with Gary. Great job Robby. Because of videos and racing like this and how you are in person it why you my favorite Offroad Racer by far, and a mentor. Does the new motor have any more power on the top end? The reason I ask is on the older kx450s the power always felt really good on bottom and mid and then died off a little early.

Awesome, Robby! Do you find yourself limited at all by the gearbox on the top end out in the fastest parts of your races, or do you just gear accordingly with sprockets? Or can you go with different transmission gear set ups? Looking good, man - I'm excited for the 2019 bike.
